How to Style Printed Pants + 3 OOTD’s!

Hey There Beauty Cuties!

I posted some pics on Instagram (follow me @thecutelittlebeautyblog) and asked if you guys would be interested in reading about how to style printed pants, and I got a fabulous response. Alas, here is the “How to Style Printed Pants” post! I will be sharing with you some tips, as well as some outfits I’ve worn!

TIPS:

  • Keep the top low-key: Your pants should be the show-stopper in this outfit, so keep your top basic- like just one color-
  • Wear matching colors: If your pants have some purple in them, a light purple top will bring the look together!
  • Don’t wear pattern- but graphics are fine: Pattern on pattern is epitome of a fashion fopa, but graphics are okay! Wearing a t-shirt that has a smily face on it with your tartan leggings is fine, wearing a striped shirt with your polkadot leggings is crossing the line.
  • Ask a friend: If you’re super wary about your outfit, snap  a picture to your friend or show someone in your family, they’ll tell you whether is looks good.

Now, here are some of my ways I’ve recently styled my patterned pants, hope they give you some inspiration!
