#NailArtWeekly | Clothing Inspired

Hey There Beauty Cuties!

Today is the first post in the blogging challenge I’ve taken part in, #NailArtWeekly, and to put it simply every week for a 4-5 more weeks I’ll be given a topic that I have to incorporate onto my nails! This weeks topic is clothing, so I’ve designed these nails I did after two pieces of clothing I own.

The Clothing Inspiration:

My inspiration for the nails were these two items. The first one, is a peach cardigan with lace and polkadot detailing that I got from Burlington Coat Factory. The second clothing item is this grey sweater with pink hearts from H&M. Look below to see my inspired nail look!

For the nail look, I used a bobby pin to apply the dots and create the hearts. To create the hearts, I made three dots (in a triangle) and then connected them, giving me a heart.

Nail Polish Used:

  • Peach: Sally Hansen in “Sorbet”
  • Black: Sinful Colors (Forget the name!)
  • Pink: Rimmel in “Baby Pink”
  • Gray: Gosh (Forget the name!)

Hope you enjoyed and come back next week for more nail art fun!
