Marcelle Shadow + Liner in Taupe de Jour Review | Blogmas Day 17

Hey There Beauty Cuties!

Blogmas is in full swing and I’m so excited! It’s already day 18 and I cannot believe there’s only six days until Christmas, it’s mind boggling quite truthfully! Now today, I’m going to be reviewing a lovely item sent to me by Marcelle Cosmetics. I thought I’d put that out there but in no way, shape, or form does this effect the honesty or my opinion of the product. Now without farther a due, the product!

This product is quite unique, and I don’t believe there’s too many similar items on the beauty market. This product is a lovely two-sided eye pencil. On one side is the shadow and liner, which is a lovely taupe-brown. It’s in the form of an eyeliner, but a little chubbier because it doubles as an eyeshadow when it’s smudged out. On the other end of the pencil is a foam smudger. I really enjoy the creaminess and glide ability and the fact that is smudges out makes is a great double use product, especially when travelling.

Also, I’d thought I should share some ways to use this and tell you how I use this product. What I’ve recently been doing is been applying W.O.S from my Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette all over the lid, putting this in the outer crease and outer v of my eyelid, and smudging out. This gives my eyes dimension and the shadow + liner looks exactly like a powder eyeshadow. And sometimes when I’m feeling a little different, I simply use it as an eyeliner to give a pop of colour or flare to my eyes.

I hope you enjoyed an come back tomorrow for more Blogmas fun,
